About Rtbrick

Rtbrick is a leading technology company focused on providing innovative networking solutions. Our mission is to transform the infrastructure landscape by delivering disaggregated, high-performance networking software. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where creativity and new ideas are encouraged to drive growth and innovation.

Position Summary

As the first dedicated marketing leader in the U.S., you will be the voice that names that fight, sharpens the contrast against the Ciscos, Junipers, and Nokias of the world, and makes Rtbrick the obvious shortlist alternative every time a U.S. operator rethinks their edge or data center. You will own how Rtbrick shows up — to Tier-1 and Tier-2 carriers, regional ISPs, hyperscalers, data- center operators, white-box hardware partners, and the analyst and press community. You will translate deep technical differentiation (disaggregation, IP/MPLS, BNG, CGNAT, Layer 3 routing, DC Interconnect) into a sharp, digital-first, social-fluent narrative that drives pipeline, share of voice, and brand preference. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, sales, and the customer — runnowning content, managing trade-show presence, and making sure RTBrick wins the conversation wherever the buyer is paying attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the U.S. marketing strategy - Develop a clear positioning against incumbent vendors, sharp messaging, demand generation, and brand awareness in tight partnership with the global marketing team in Europe.
  • Own the digital marketing engine end-to-end - Manage website, SEO/SEM, paid media, marketing automation, email nurture, account-based marketing, and analytics. Establish KPIs and report on pipeline contribution.
  • Run a social-first content engine - Ensure presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging technical communities. Build executive social presence, partner with creators in the networking community, and turn customer wins into shareable moments.
  • Lead content development across formats - Create solution briefs, white papers, technical blogs, customer case studies, video, podcasts, webinars, and social content that resonates with both technical buyers and executive decision-makers.
  • Plan and run Rtbrick’s U.S. trade-show and event presence - Develop booth strategy, speaking submissions, customer meetings, and lead capture for events like MPLS/SDN/AI Net World Congress, NANOG, ONUG, Fiber Connect, OFC, Open Compute Summit, and regional ISP forums.
  • Drive PR and analyst relations in North America - Build relationships with telecom and data center press and analysts, focusing on competitive share of voice against incumbents.
