2.0 - The Biggest Release Yet

Zee ScoutZee EngageZee LensOmnichannelATS Sync
2.0 - The Biggest Release Yet

This is the biggest release Zee has had. Four systems got rebuilt from the ground up.

Zee Scout, tuned for how tech, executive, and startup hiring actually works. Sourcing logic now understands the difference between a senior engineering search, an executive search, and an early-stage founder search, and adjusts what it looks for accordingly. One sourcing engine, three very different hiring realities, each handled on its own terms.

Zee Engage, conversation that doesn't feel automated. Candidate conversations read as human because they're built to be human: natural pacing, real follow-up, no script fatigue. Engagement also curates the data it collects along the way, so what comes back from a conversation is structured and usable, not just a transcript to comb through.

Zee Lens, built for the full picture on tech talent. Filtering now runs across technical competence, soft skills, industry recognition, and social signal, not just keyword match on a resume. A candidate gets evaluated the way a hiring manager would actually evaluate them.

One conversation, wherever you're having it. The entire workflow, sourcing through engagement to evaluation, now works the same whether you're in the platform, in Slack, over SMS, or over email. Start somewhere, continue anywhere. Nothing gets lost switching channels.

Deeper connection with your existing ATS, so candidates and job data move both ways instead of one. An open way for Zee's agents to plug into your other tools and workflows, not just Talentz's own.

1.19.0 - More Ways In, Deeper Integrations

SSOSlackData Safety
1.19.0 - More Ways In, Deeper Integrations

More sign-in options. Single sign-on is live for the customer portal, with clearer error messaging when an account link fails. Slack gets deeper. Self-service Slack enrollment is in, and admin approval now pushes candidates directly to the right Slack channel. Sourcing hardens against bad data. A new safety layer catches malformed or off-spec candidate data before it reaches your ranking, and the underlying scorer reads structured fields instead of raw model output. Fewer edge cases slipping through.

1.18.0 - More Control. Smarter Outreach.

SourcingEnrichmentSMSImprovements
1.18.0 - More Control. Smarter Outreach.

More control over sourcing pools. Zee Scout Pool filters now support a target validated-candidate count and a max number of sourcing rounds, so you set the bar and Zee runs to it. Contact enrichment, built in. Industry-leading enrichment providers are now wired into the pipeline for filling contact gaps. Sourcing gets smarter about tone. Outbound SMS messaging now adapts its cadence and phrasing by generational cohort (Gen Z, Gen X, Millennial) instead of a single script for everyone. Cleanup. Candidate names now capitalize correctly on import, and engagement candidate lists are sortable by name, email, skill, and status.

1.17.0 - Voice in the Workflow

1.17.0 - Voice in the Workflow

Voice, in the workflow. Recruiters can now click-to-call or click-to-text a candidate directly from the HITL card, with a voice integration connected once and reused everywhere. Sourcing refine, expanded. The customer sourcing-refine flow now covers remote preference, employment type, and nice-to-haves, not just the core requirements. Faster resume handling. Resumes now upload through a direct cloud-storage flow instead of routing through the app server first. MFA where it matters. Multi-factor authentication is now enforced for privileged roles specifically, with a clear setup flow and QR-code enrollment.

1.16.0 - Campaigns, Conversations, Contracts

Campaigns, paginated. Long campaign lists load in pages instead of all at once. Password reset, by email. Self-service password reset now sends automatically, no support ticket required. Contract roles supported. Job descriptions now handle contract-based positions with their own schema, and keyword/skill-label extraction runs as standalone endpoints other tools can call directly. Conversation summaries. Engagement threads now generate a running summary instead of requiring a full read-through of the transcript.

1.0 - The Launch.

LaunchJD ManagementMatchmakingAssessmentsMarketplaceSecurity
1.0 - The Launch.

The launch. Everything below is what Talentz.ai shipped with, day one. Job descriptions, built and managed end to end. Create a JD from scratch or from a quick chat prompt, upload multiple files at once, revise through version history, and export to the format your team already works in. Resumes, processed at scale. Upload one at a time or in bulk. Duplicate detection stops the same resume from entering the pipeline twice. Every resume gets structured and searchable the moment it lands. Matchmaking, from JD to shortlist. Resumes matched against job requirements automatically, with side-by-side candidate comparison so a hiring manager can see the tradeoffs at a glance. Skill matrix, built by dragging, not typing. A visual configurator lets a team set and prioritize the skills that actually matter for a role, with a live skill-match view for every candidate against it. Assessments, technical and cultural. Technical assessments, company culture fit evaluation, and video evaluation all run inside the platform, with custom assessment packages and add-ons available through the cart. A real talent marketplace. Browse, cart, and purchase candidate access directly, with pricing plans and subscription tiers to match how your team hires. Company and agency management, with real permission control. Invite members, assign roles, manage agency relationships, and keep visibility scoped to who should actually see what, backed by role-based access control from day one. Candidate-facing experience. A magic-link sign-in gets candidates into their own portal without a password to manage, with a dashboard, notifications, and their own view into where they stand. Security, built in, not bolted on. Two-factor authentication, multi-session management, and role-based permissions across every module. A dashboard that shows the whole hiring picture. Activity tracking, notifications, and analytics on what's moving and what's stalled, so nothing needed a status-update meeting to explain it.
