We're building from a clean slate: wireless-first, AI-native, fully automated. Our infrastructure leverages fixed wireless access (FWA), CBRS and mid/high-band spectrum, and streamlined site acquisition to deliver broadband with speed, flexibility, and scale. Backed by a major international telco, this is a bold, national rollout.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the full enterprise legal function - Includes corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracts, litigation, employment, compliance, and FCC/spectrum regulatory relationship.
• Sits with the CEO and leadership team - Involves market entry, licensing, and partnership decisions, not just compliance sign-off.
• Articulate, hands-on, and detailed - Works matters personally, not a high-level executive who delegates and oversees from a distance.
• Enterprise legal ownership - Covers litigation, M&A, employment, IP, compliance, not regulatory affairs alone.
• Comfort advising the board and CEO - Focuses on strategic transactions, not just compliance filings.
• Telecom/broadband/digital-infrastructure fluency - Required as one of five competencies, not the whole profile.

Requirements

• 15+ years legal experience, incl. 5+ years in a senior in-house leadership role (CLO, Deputy GC, or GC) at a U.S. telecom, broadband, cable, wireless, satellite, or digital-infrastructure company.
• FCC / spectrum / state PUC / broadband regulatory experience, combined with full-scope legal function leadership.
• J.D., active U.S. bar membership (DC bar a plus).
• Track record advising the C-suite/board on M&A, spectrum acquisition, licensing, joint ventures, or market entry.
